No account, no server
You don’t need an account. The site is made of static files only, so no server receives what you type. The document and the PDF are made on your device.
What is kept on your device
- The theme (light or dark) and the language you chose.
- The date until which the donation message stays hidden (30 days), if you tapped “I already donated”.
- Your personal details, only if you tick “Remember my info on this device”: title, name, ID number, date and place of birth, address, city and phone.
- The draft of the document you are filling in, in this tab only. It disappears when you close the tab.
- The names of the documents you downloaded, shared or printed, with their date, so we can ask you later whether they were accepted. Nothing you typed. Each name is forgotten after you answer, or after 30 days.
- The names of the last 6 documents you opened, to find them again on the home page. Nothing you typed.
You can delete your remembered details, your drafts and this list at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
Statistics
We use Umami Cloud to count visits, without cookies. We count page views and a few actions only, such as opening the form, downloading, sharing or printing the document, the donation message showing, the RIB being copied and your “yes” or “no” to “Was your document accepted?”, together with the document’s name. We never record what you type.
Hosting
The site’s files are served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
The request and mistake form
The “Request a document” and “Report a mistake” links open a Google Form. What you write there is sent to Google and to the site owner, so don’t put personal details in it that aren’t needed.
