- The seller creates the sale request on the platform and gives its code to the buyer, who then creates the purchase request with that code.
- Both parties have their signatures legalised at the commune on the sale form the platform generates.
- The file is filed within 30 days of the légalisation where the platform says; the transfer stamp is paid only once the contract is validated.
